OUR HISTORY
2009
ZEUS Resources Inc. (ZRI) was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 8, 2009. Its initial objective was to operate a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility through a management contract—marking the beginning of what would become a rapidly growing and diversified business operation.2010
In February 2010, ZRI offered to acquire 90% of the outstanding shares of Compact Pharmaceuticals Corp. (CPC). Within the same month, the acquisition was formalized, and ZEUS Resources Inc. began representing CPC in all government transactions, financial institutions, and supplier contracts.2011
ZRI launched a major marketing campaign targeting large pharmaceutical companies as toll manufacturing clients, including RyteMed of Unilab and Watsons Generics. It also aggressively expanded its participation in the Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC) to secure government supply contracts.2012
ZRI introduced the LSK Generics Distribution Center—an innovative distribution platform that customized the supply of affordable generic health products to independently operated drugstores across the country. The majority of these products were manufactured by CPC under ZRI’s direction.2016
To accommodate new investments and expand capacity, ZRI restructured Compact Pharmaceuticals Corp. as a separate legal entity. This allowed ZRI to onboard additional toll manufacturing clients while further strengthening its presence in the healthcare supply chain sector.2019
ZRI forged partnerships with international suppliers of machinery, raw materials, and packaging components from China and other countries. That same year, ZRI launched its first real estate development venture, AERO Residences—an upper middle-class townhouse project located in the scenic city of Legazpi.2020
During the height of the global pandemic, ZRI optimized its importation and trading operations, reaching new heights as a comprehensive End-to-End Business Solutions Provider (EBSP).2021
As an EBSP, ZRI propelled CPC to win the Productivity Olympics as the Regional Champion, awarded by the National Tripartite Wage and Productivity Board (NTWPB). ZRI also received several other prestigious industry recognitions for its leadership and innovation.2024
In November 2024, ZRI fully divested its ownership of CPC, selling 100% of its shares. This strategic move was made to strengthen its focus on building a broader and more dynamic platform as a leading End-to-End Business Services Solutions Provider.Today
